If you are not satisfied with our issue resolution or food quality, we will give you a refund based on the unused credits/deliveries remaining in your account. Please note that the refund policy only applies to monthly meal subscriptions and does not apply to weekly subscription.
A $30 cancellation charge will be applied to the customer and the customer needs to give us 3 days notice for the service to be cancelled. The balance will be refunded to the customer within 5-10 business days.
